Description:
UPDATED: Apologies - I forgot to add the code for when a user clicks to add the image. This code saves the image to the webspace then displays on screen.

I have modified the project to produce an editor more suitable for our business. Adding a 'Add Image' function and remove emoticons as they are not really suitable for the purpose of creating staff news items.
I would be happy to discuss improvements with anybody.
